A Man-centric Outdoor Market/Carnival

So I decided to jump in with both feet and got a booth at #Mancraftival 2015 hosted by Ink Lounge Denver. Seemed like a bit of a slow Saturday afternoon. Was certainly a hot one. The booth went up great, had help from my volunteer/cousin Griff. Got all setup and ready to go.

It was about an hour and a half, 3:30pm before my first sale and it was 9:22pm at my last one. Overall, I’d consider it a success. I sold just enough to cover the cost of the booth, though I had other expenses since I’d never had a booth, but at least I won’t/shouldn’t have to buy those again. I got to meet some great people, and the reception was positive over all.

Plus, if I can get some networking contacts from the show, it should prove to have been well worth while. Here’s hoping. Now to look for more events to attend!
